Opportunity: Systems Innovator for Game Master Operations

We're a small startup with around 1,000 adventurers, and we're on the brink of some exciting growth! As we prepare for this next chapter, we're looking for someone to help us streamline our Game Master (GM) operations.

What's the Role About?

Our founder is passionate about our community but is currently juggling too many tasks—managing, educating, and coordinating a growing number of GMs. We need better systems in place to make everything run smoother and reduce the reliance on constant one-on-one communication.

We're Seeking Someone Who Can:
 

• Design and Implement Efficient Systems

  • Create processes and tools that simplify GM management.

  • Reduce the need for manual coordination and individual check-ins.
     

• Automate and Simplify Tasks

  • Find ways to automate scheduling, training, and resource distribution.

  • Develop self-service platforms or guides for GMs.
     

• Improve Operational Efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

  • Introduce solutions that make our operations more scalable.
     

• Support the Founder

  • Help alleviate the operational load by establishing effective systems.

  • Allow the founder to focus more on strategic growth and less on day-to-day management.
