Pride Volunteering - Sunday

Join us Saturday for the main event at Loring Park — a full day of community, celebration, and tabletop gaming pride from 7 AM to 7 PM!

We need enthusiastic volunteers to help our booth shine all day long. Roles range from high-energy outward-facing work to behind-the-scenes support, so there's something for everyone.

Available Roles:

🔧 Set Up — Help get the booth ready first thing in the morning.

⭐ Flyer Handing Out (Our most important role!) — Be the face of our presence at Pride! You'll be out in the crowd spreading the word. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, engaging with strangers, and dressing appropriately for heat and sun exposure.

🎲 Information Booth — Staff our booth and speak with attendees about DD&D. Must be knowledgeable and comfortable answering questions.

🗼 Dice Tower Operator — Keep the energy up and the line moving! Chat with folks waiting to take a roll at our dice tower and make the experience memorable.

🏠 Inside Booth Float — Provide flexible support to our Information and Shop Desks as needed throughout the day.

🌀 Total Booth Float — The ultimate utility player. Willing and able to step into any role as needed.

🏃 Runner — Keep the booth stocked and ready by walking or driving to retrieve whatever we need throughout the day.

🔩 Take Down — Help us wrap up and pack out at the end of a great day.

Please dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring sun and heat protection as we'll be outside.
