A once-struggling town now thrives under the influence of a charismatic stranger. After a mysterious crop failure threatened famine, a merchant arrived with bountiful caravans of food, earning him hero status.  But something doesn't add up. As the town prepares to honor him at the Festival of the Setting Sun, your party must investigate the truth behind his timely appearance.  Is he truly a savior, or does a sinister plot lurk beneath the surface of this seemingly miraculous turn of events?
